Rainbows and Brownies

Rainbows meet every Tuesday evening between 6-7pm during term time. Girls can join when they are five year old and leave to join Brownies at seven years of age. There are usually a total of 12 Rainbows in the unit and a waiting list to join. The activities are based on the Rainbow Roundabout which is divided into four sections: Look, Learn, Laugh and Love on completion of four activities the girls receive a badge. During their time at Rainbows they have the opportunity to collect a variety of badges. Rainbows also celebrate Christmas and Easter as well as having lots of fun making the flower arrangements for the church at harvest time.

Brownies meet once a week in the Community Centre. Our Brownies have fun! They take part in indoor and outdoor activities that challenge them to do their best. The meetings are action-packed; full of games and activities. Everything a Brownie does is an adventure – it is a world of excitement, new interests and friends.
