Church: Gold Award

A scheme called Eco-Church gives awards for a churchs commitment to environmental best practice. Of about 25,000 churches in England and Wales 5,000 have an award but only 84 have the highest: Gold.

In April, this Church became the 84th, and the first in Solihull. One new action you may notice passing by is areas of unmown grass, left to encourage insects and wildflowers for ✟ birds, butterflies and bees to feed on.
