Collection of Tools for TWAM: 2026
Do you have unwanted tools for TWAM?
The Church’s next collection of tools (the eleventh) is taking place in October 2026.
Any unwanted tools in reasonable condition will be refurbished by volunteers working for the Christian charity Tools With A Mission (TWAM), packaged into kits for different trades and sent to training centres in Africa. There unemployed people can learn a trade and have the tools necessary to find work.
Tools now include items like sewing machines and power and manual tools. Also included are laptops and TWAM will wipe any data these hold. This year, for the first time, TWAM will also accept garden tools.
Please take the opportunity to tell your family, friends and neighbours about TWAM in case they have unwanted tools. And, if you have items you cannot get to Church, do please contact us.
