• Out of the Blue Big Band

  This concert took place successfully on Saturday 26 October when just under 100 people enjoyed a variety of musical numbers splendidly played by the Out of the Blue Big Band.

• KK Recital

  Saturday 16 November at 2:30pm

  Brilliant pianist Kin Keung Hung took us on a Musical Fantasy Adventure playing pieces by: J. S. Bach, Mozart, Debussy, Faure, Chopin and Schumann. It was a wonderful afternoon.

• 

• ENTRAIDE Enigmata: Project Puzzles

  Many thanks to all who obtained a copy of the puzzle book. The closing date for entires has now passed.

  Some solutions notes are available here.

  A few copies of the puzzle book itself are available from the Church Office: a small donation to the project would be welcome.

• 

• Lunar New Year

  A large number of people celebrated in a big way the Lunar New Year on Saturday 25 January.

  There were many stalls in the hall, church and the car park. Some were selling hot and/or cold food. There were stalls selling small gifts. Three lion dances paraded round the church, hall and car park accompanied by drum and cymbals.

  Other activities included music recitals and seminars. It was a very full and busy day.

• Barn Dance

  On Saturday 22 March 2025, more than 50 people were in the Church Hall for some light exercise. A good number but not so large that you could not move about. This was the Barn Dance. More than £400 was raised for the Church Project and a good time was had by all.

• Quingo

  Saturday 17 May 2025 at 6:30pm

  Quingo is a fun quiz with a difference.

  Tickets will be available from Sunday 13 April. The cost per person is £12.50 to include a fish and chip supper, or £6.50 without food. Tickets with food must be obained before the event to facilitate catering.

• 

• Beetle Drive

  Saturday 21 June at 6:00pm

  Family fun at the beetle drive with baked potato supper. Please obtain your ticket(s) before the events so that the food can be organised.

• Open Gardens

  Sunday 22 June between 2:30pm and 5:00pm

  We are pleased to announce that our Open Gardens afternoon this year will be on Sunday afternoon 22 June. Book the date for a delightful afternoon out (even if it rains).

  Tickets at £5.00 each will be available nearer the time. Fill your car and the fourth person is free.

• KK Returns

  Saturday 12 July at 2:30pm.

  A second piano recital by Kin Keung Hung is planned for July.

• 

• Barbecue Service

  Sunday 20 July at 6:00pm.

  The Greener Church Group will be organising a barbecue service on Sunday 20 July. Food will be available from 6:00pm; the service will start at 6:30pm. Any profits made will be given to the Church Project.
