Messy Church

Messy Church is for all ages of children, particularly up to about age 10… and for all the family. So children, bring your parents, grandparents or carers and we will enjoy a range of activities, have tea and a short worship time singing action songs. This is church and it is fun! We are holding Messy Church on Saturday afternoons so that Mum and Dad, if working in the week, can come too. All are welcome!

If you missed our Messy Church on January 25th, well, you missed a lot of fun as we heard the story of Joseph and his special coat and did some painting, fashioning bread dough and making peg models of Joseph to throw into the well!

Our next session is on February 23rd, when we have Messy Play in the church, with toys, craft and games. Come along at 3.30pm to have maximum time before tea at around 5pm. Bring your friends or come and make new ones.

The following month, on Saturday March 28th, we shall have a Messy Church exploring some of the Easter story. Please put these dates in your diary and come along to find out what it is all about. All styles of  families with children are welcome!

You are also very welcome at our regular Sunday services, where children are welcome in the service and there is also provision for children in their own classes and a crèche.
